Funding

The funding sources of the Centre may be grouped into two, namely internal and external sources of funding.

1. Internal sources of funding are basically from the host qovernment, i.e., the Government of Indonesia, which provides support of funds for operational expenses of the centre. In addition, internal sources of funding also include SEAMEO for its provision of special education and development funds for each centre.
2. External sources of funding include government agencies, foundation, corporations, other organizations and individuals who provide funds in the form of grant and/ or gift based on mutual agreement/contract for the purpose of implementation of educational projects.

The centre plans to work collaboratively with other local/international institutions to identify programme opportunities and develop funding mechanisms that further their mutual interest and objective. The centre will also seek to expand its funding strategy to include the establishment of an endowment fund for the purpose of ensuring its long-term financial stability. Basically the funding will be used for the growth and development of the Centre which includes the enhancement of human resources, structure and infrastructure, and miscellaneous.
